Customers have complete control over what data they upload to the DocuSeer platform.
It’s recommended to not upload Personal Identifiable Information (PII) or other highly confidential information.
How is collected data used?
Customer swill be able to dictate who has access to what data through public or private Slack channels and who in the Company will be able to access those channels.
DocuSeer will not share any of your data outside of your organization.
How long is data kept?
Customers will be able to add or delete their data as they please. DocuSeer will not duplicate or save customer data outside of the platform. As such, the customer has complete control over how long DocuSeer keeps their data.
If a customer determines to end their relationship with DocuSeer, their data will be immediately deleted from the platform.
How can customers request access to, transfer or delete their data?
Customer will access their data via the DocuSeer platform and will be able to download or delete the data easily via the platform. We do not store any customer data outside of the platform.
Additionally, a customer can request that we delete their data which we will do immediately upon their request.
